Rev. Dr. Richard E. Griffiths is the Lead Pastor of Bronx Bethany Church of the Nazarene and the founding Pastor of Vine Church of the Nazarene. He is a Jamaican born, New York bred, cultural hybrid, and intergenerational bridge builder. He is committed to helping people recognize God's unique call on their lives and is passionate about helping organizations discover unique opportunities for life-changing social impact.

Richard holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Nazarene Theological Seminary, a Masters in New Testament Biblical Literature from Alliance Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Binghamton University. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and finds it his privilege to preach holiness and share timeless perspectives on purposeful living.

Richard is also a sports enthusiast, musician, and self-proclaimed arts aficionado. He is married to his quit-witted and charming wife and partner-in-ministry, Yanique. Richard and Yanique have two children, Seth, and Hannah, who both make every day an adventure.
